Headache with back pain could be due to acute viral fever.

For the time being, i would suggest you to take a pain killer like Ibuprofen 400 mg thrice a day after meals.

If the pain doesn't subside in 2 days, and or or if you develop fever, you must consult your local doctor for clinical examination and appropriate treatment.
