Hello,

I think you don't have to worry about it. Sometimes it happens that you received a false positive HIV test or as we call it a reactive HIV test. In this case we often do confirmation tests sometimes more then one which are more reliable.

In this case I can say you don't need to worry about the first positive result since confirmation test was negative.
