                                            Laryngopharyngeal reflux
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query
I have gone through the history and understood your problem. But, I'm sorry! I am unable to view the image you have posted.
The common symptoms of Laryngo-pharyngeal reflux include:
1. Sense of foreign body in the throat. Which is secondary to the burning of the throat mucosa by the acid reflux. Following this, there is swelling in the mucosa of the throat. The swollen mucosa gives the sensation of foreign body in the throat.
2. Frequent hawking sensation - To reduce the inflammation in the throat lots of mucus is produced. Hence, the urge to clear your throat quite often.
3. This is one of the commonest problems ENT doctor comes across in his office.
My suggestions to you are:
1. Drink frequent sips of warm water
2. Try taking a proton pump inhibitor such as Pantoprazole or Esomeprazole, along with a prokinetic
3. Avoid hot or chilled food and beverages
4. Avoid coffee/fizzy drinks/smoking, if any
5. Stop worrying about this problem
6. Sleep with the head-end raised
With the above measures you should get better. revert back to me if you have any follow-up queries.
Regards
