Question : My aunt fell down the stairs and hit her head and was briefly unconscious earlier. Her head was slightly hurting. We iced it but is there anything else I should do ?

Loss of consciousness after a head trauma is an indication for CT scan to rule out any internal bleed or fracture even though the chances are less in this case.
I suggest you to consult a near by hospital and get a CT head done.
