Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and it seems to be foot eczema.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream ( tenovate cream) on the affected area twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a moisturizing cream containing white soft paraffin ( moisturex soft cream) on both the feet 3-4 times in a day.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg ( tablet Teczine) twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
Also avoid walking barefoot, wear cotton socks, avoid harsh soaps, stay in cool airy environment and keep the feet moisturised.
