Doctor, Need your advise again. My son is now 6 years and 8 months. Small cut in the head when he tried to sit near wooden box in a hurry. Little blood came out and stopped after I pressed a towel for 5 mins. No swelling as there was no impact. Applied Povidone Iodine ointment. Did not tried GH due to Covid factor and time was round 10 p.m today. Decided to look up tomorrow morning after your advise. Attached picture. Is suture needed. Will it be a scar or risk of infection if no suture is done. Your advise will be very hepfull as always. Thank you Dr. XXXXXXX from Pondicherry

Thank you for your swift reply. As advised by you I took my son to the nearest Public Health Center and the examined the wound and put the suture and gave one TT injection.
Advised paracetamol for a day or two.
I request you to advise further medication for a week to manage this wound. (Any antibiotic needed ??)
