Question : Hello doctor today while coughing , some kind of neck organ got choked and I was unable th engulf for few second , it's is 2nd time this thing is happening. I want to know it's reason

It can be a reflux spasm.

Thanks for the query.
Most probably it will be a simple reflux spasm which will happen after a bout of coughing.
If you experiencing similar symptoms again, or feeling difficultly in swallowing you can go for an endoscopy to look for any mass or lump in the food pipe or throat.
