Question : Hi, I mistakenly gave my 2.5 child augmentin which is pale yellow. I forgot to refrigerate it. I just gave one dose of 3.5ml. Will there be any adverse effect?? What should I do now??

I have gone through your query and I understand your concern..
As per your history you forgot to store augmentin in fridge ,If amoxicillin/clavulanate is left out of the refrigerator overnight it should still be good, it won't cause much harm ,just that it won't taste that good as when refrigerated.
It's potency may slightly reduce in higher temperature regions if left outside.
Reconstituted amoxicillin clavulanate potassium stored at room temperature (27- 29oC) is stable for five days hence use of reconstituted suspension that was not properly refrigerated after the fifth day should be discarded.
