It is perfectly to sun exposure. Which has produced photo sensitivity in you.
Your observation thst it not there earlier could be due ongoing reaction time.
I suggest you to go for long acting sun screen and moderate potent steroids creams at night.
Please adhere to full sleeves and you will feel better.
