Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that the most concerning finding in this blood lipid profile is high triglyceride levels and a low HDL.

Anyway, Total cholesterol/HDL ratio and LDL/HDL ratios are within the normal ranges and you should know that these ratios are the true indicators of your cardio-vascular risk.

Coming to this point, I would recommend some lifestyle modifications to help lower triglyceride levels naturally:

- Low fat and sugar intake
- no fast food
- Avoid alcohol intake
- take plenty of fibers (cereals and vegetables) and food rich in omega 3 fatty acids (fish, fish oil, walnuts, etc..)
- perform a lot of physical activity, mainly aerobics.

In my opinion there is no reason to worry about metabolic syndrome, as long as you are not overweight, no diabetes and follow a healthy lifestyle (Mediterranean diet, a lot of physical activity, no alcohol, no smoking).

If these tips don't help lower your triglyceride plasma levels, i would recommend taking low dose of fenofibrate or benzofibrate for a couple of months.

Hope to have answered your query!
