Question : Sir my age 42 male , ESR 35, SGPT 56 , SGOT 41. Kindly advise.

You have mild liver dysfunction that could be due to Alcohol consumption or Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver disease.
I would recommend you following tests :
1. HbsAg for Hepatitis B
2. Anti HCV antibody for Hepatitis C.
3. Ultrasound Abdomen.
