Question : Urine test shows 74.4 pus cells, pus cells (clump) 1.2, bacteria rods 5.8 and bacteria cocci 45.27. What should I do?

Your report suggests urinary tract infection and diabetes. Let me know if you have diabetes or any symptoms.

Kindly get the following tests done to confirm both:
- Urine culture and sensitivity
- Fasting blood sugar levels after at least 8 hours of fasting

After sending urine sample for culture and sensitivity, you can start on antibiotic like Tab Cotrimoxazole two times a day for 3-5 days. This will clear up urine infection but urine sugar levels should also be in control. Otherwise the infection can happen again.
