Question : I have been diagnosed for empty sella , my prolactin level are high though I am on regular dosage of cabergoline , 1 mg a week . What should I do which doctor should I go for treatment ? With all these symptoms are there chances of me being pregnant . Please reply I am not able to understand what to do .

First you need to do a pregnancy test, if positive stop cabergoline.
If the test is negative you should see an endocrinologist in person to increase the dose of cabergoline.
