Probably not a serious damage, read below for serious signs.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
In most of the cases, electrical shock of less than 500 volts doesn't cause any serious damage to humans.
Anyway, there may be in rare cases damages such burns at the contact point, or the hands, heels and head, fractured bones from the powerful muscles contractions, internal organs damage if the electricity throw you away, etc.
Since you feel stiffness in your neck, it probably is caused by muscles contractions.
If you notice any burn, tingling, vision, hearing, speech problems, abdominal or chest pain, confusion, etc. you should go to your ER.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
