Question : Hi Dr.

Can you please advise what should i use to disinfect my dermaroller before and after use.

Also since the earlier question got closed i wanted to ask that if i don't wish to apply anything after using my derma roller on head is that okay ?

Also how many times should i use the roller in a week on my head and is 1.0 mm roller good enough or should i use a lower MM ?

Wash under tap

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

You can wash the derma-roller under running water under a tap. This will remove all skin fragments stuck to the needles. It's not mandatory to apply something after derma-roller. You can use 1 mm derma-roller and use it once a week.
