Brief Answer:
It may be an impacted stone in the urethra.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
It may be due to an impacted stone in your urethra.
You can consult a urologist and plan for an RGU (retrograde urography) to look for any obstruction or block in your urethra.
It seems like a small one and it will pass spontaneously. As of now drink plenty of water and it will pass by itself.
If symptoms persist, you might require a uroscopy to remove stone and evaluate possible cause.
Wishing you good health.
Thanks

Thank you for the answer. I had passed a relatively small stone . Does the stone need to be evaluated. I m really conscerned about any prostate issues like BPH. I was feeling something inside urethra which was not allowing my urine to come out but after excersising 2-3 days felt better flow. Do males aged 35 get BPH for overmasturbating (general question). I was just trying to releive toxins accumulated inside prostate or urethra.

Brief Answer:
BPH is unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for followup!
BPH is rare in your age and it has got no relation with masturbation. You can simply go for a ultrasound-KUB to rule out prostate enlargement.
As of now drink plenty of water and you will be fine soon.
You can consult a urologist only in case of symptoms like pain.
Wishing you good health.
Thanks
