Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

It depends how strong was the injury. Head trauma always can cause internal bleeding that is why it should not be ignored. Especially if she has nausea, dizziness, head ache, blurred vision. If any of this symptoms is present, it is safer to perform head CT to be 100% sure nothing wring has happened.
If its about her bum, x-ray should be also done.
So in conclusion, the safest is to stay in a hospital for 24 hours and have mentioned tests done.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
