Question : I just rode 8.7 miles and it's 92 degrees. I'm cooling down should I do anything different?
Brief Answer:
Slower the better
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
If you have come through hot sun then the cooling process should be slower to avoid sudden changes in body's thermoregulation.
If this is not taken care of you may get cold or temporary excess fatigue.
Avoid drinking too cold water too.
Hope, I answered your query.
Please do ask if any doubts.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
Slower the better
