Question : Hi, I just made cupcakes. I accidentally left a plastic muffin wrapper in the bottome of one of the tins. I ate one of the muffins before I noticed the plastic piece. The shape was distorted. I am afraid of the fumes I may have ingested. What should I do?

Hi,

First, relax as nothing bad is going to happen.

2. If you had the cupcakes within 2 hours , I advise to provoke vomiting:
- drink plenty of warm water

Otherwise, I advise to drink plenty of fluids (especially water) to help clean off the fumes as soon as possible.

Breathing in fresh air is also recommended.
