Brief Answer:
No need to act upon...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am honestly not aware of the current local timing. However based on this websites locator, it points to Louisiana where it seems to be 3:30 AM. Presuming these details are right, I don't feel you will have an hypotensive attack from those extra pills taken almost 12 hours ago. So do not be worried.

You may recheck blood pressures before taking the next dose. You may want to skip morning dose of Lisinopril if BP numbers are lower than 90/60 or if you feel dizzy and weak. Drink some more glass of water (in case you have no fluid restriction).

In my opinion, we need not do a thing to reverse the accidental over medication. Make sure you sort the medicines right to prevent recurrence.

Hope this helped. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
