Question : I had misoprostol 2×200mg and within 35 minutes I got vomited. No bleeding so far. It's been 2 hours since I took that tablet. What should I do now?

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If you have vomited within 35 minutes of taking misoprostol, then you should repeat the dose as the previous tablets were ineffective and came out in vomitus.
It is preferable to keep the two tablets of misoprostol vaginally, as vomiting do not occurs after taking vaginal tablets and the effect is also more vaginally.
You should wait for 24 after repeating the dose for the bleeding to occur.

how long will it take to bleed if I take two misoprostol vaginally?
Is it enough the balance 2 or I need to use 4 tablets vaginally?

Yes, two tablets of misoprostol will suffice.
However, if the pregnancy is more than 7 weeks, then 4 tablets should be taken.
Bleeding will occur within 24 hours of taking misoprostol.
