Hi

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Being a parent myself and as well as being a Pediatric Surgeon by profession , I do understand your concern and apprehensions.
Its already been more than 24 hours since the injury, so its unlikely that there will be any injury based issue.
Children are sometimes irritable after injury to head. Local application of Ice compresses and analgesic like Ibuprofen will provide much needed relief. Also a glass of sugarcane juice is very helpful. Maintain her nutrition with whatever she is comfortable eating.
If the baby has any of the following features then consultation with Pediatrician/Pediatric Surgeon is needed
1. Repeated Vomiting
2. Intense headache not respinding to simple analgesics
3. Refusal for feeds
4. Abnormal movement of body
5. Excessive drowsiness.
I encounter around 40 Head injuries a week, majority of babies / children do complain of irritablity and headache which is quite common. In majority of cases injuries are not severe. Sugarcane juice does wonders and has been very helpful in my practice.
In case you need any assistance anytime kindly get back to me, will be glad to assist you.
