Tetanus toxoid within next 24 hours.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I would recommend you receive tetanus shot within 24 hours of injury. This is absolutely recommended if your last tetanus shot was more than 10 years ago.

Besides the tetanus shot, based on the severity of injury you might require a course of antibiotic.

Do visit the nearest ER/urgent care clinic to receive treatment.
