Question : I am facing problem with receding hairline. Recently, i have shaved head and noticed that there are some baby hairs coming up. Can derma roller help in increasing the thickness? What should be the routine for this and along with this do i need to apply any serum, shampoo etc?

In my opinion, dermaroller is of two types. One is that just stimulates the skin. Second is a transdermal drug delivery system.
Transdermal drug delivery type of derma roller helps in injecting medicines with microneedles in the dermis of skin. The microneedles are of different types including dissolving, solid, coated and hollow microneedles. They inject antiaging formulations. It requires specialization in this area and should be done by a trained person only.
