my baby name :- Gohaan
age :- 4 year 7 month
my baby fever not well from the evening.
temperature between 100 to 102.

If your child is having fever 100-102 F you can use paracetamol 10 mg/kg every 4-6 hours as needed. If he doesn't have other symptoms most probably it can be a viral infection
