Question : I have had an itchy anus for over one year. It becomes itchy when I walk or hike. I suspect it is from a course of antibiotics I took for a cracked tooth. It started simultaneously with the antibiotics. I've been keeping it clean, but it doesn't seem to improve. What should I do?

Hello,
A very important cause of itch in anus is pinworm.
I would suggest you to take Tablet Albendazole 400 mg once daily for 3 days.
Along with it an antihistamine like Allegra can be taken.
