Question : MY ADDENDUM: THE ARE SEVERAL FOCAL AREAS OF MILD WALL THICKENING INVOLVING THE PROXIMAL ASCENDING COLON. ALL OF WHICH MY BE RELATED TO UNDERDISTENTION (UNDER DISTENTION)..
IS THIS COLON CANCER?

It is very unlikely to be cancer. If you have not had a recent colonoscopy, I recommend you have one, just to rule out any disease.
