What The Normal Range Should Be Leukocytes?

Question : For a urologist - I did a urine test today because I have been suffering from lower back pain especially early morning around 4 am then it gradually diminishes once I move around. Results were all normal except for high leukocytes - 55.7 when the normal range should be 00 - 20.00. See attached full results - in Indonesian but I think all the terms are easy to understand for a doctor. What is your interpretation and what would you advise me to do next?

Hello dear,

According to the urine analysis you attached you are having urinary tract infection.
Leucocytes ,white blood cells are elevated and mucus also. This can indicate urinary tract infection
I think the next step advisable is to do an uroculture to check what kind of bacteria is causing it and what antibiotics can be used for it.
