Question : Respected Doctor, i am a male, since past few days i am noticing a hard lump like something behind my left nipple, it doesn't feel like total round and seems to be only at one side right behind nipple structure, when i first noticed it, there was bit of tightness, its size was little large and light pain was there upon touching but its been 5 days now and by god's grace i can feel its size is getting reduced though its still there and it does hurt a little upon touching but not much. I wanted to ask what this seems to be?? should i be worried???

                                    Brief Answer:
Probably a fatty lump or lipoma.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Most lumps in male nipples are usually harmless.
They can be related to a fatty lump or a fluid-filled bump.
Based on your depression, it looks more like a fatty lump.
I recommend to do an ultrasound to confirm the nature of the lump and take proper treatment.
I recommend you not to be worried, it is probably something harmless.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Kind regards!
