Things to do after getting Covid positive reports are as follows:
- Isolate yourself from family and friends and in a room with attached washroom. Do not step out.
- Relax, it is not a big problem and most people recover completely
- Regularly check your spo2 levels
- Take anti-allergic medicine like cetrizine for any mucous production
- For dry cough, you can take Kabasur Kudineer tablet like green tea or just the tablet itself
- If you feel that lungs are hurting or difficulty in breathing then antibiotics like (amoxi-clav) and other medicines will be needed. Chest X-Ray usually confirms lung problem.
