Question : Hello, I am experiencing burning/ itching left Center of chest three fingers down from breast. Under ribs. Not terrible but a little irritating when laying down

Hi,

According to your complaints it seems to be pruritus. I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching and apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for few days.
