Hi,

The fatty liver could be simple fatty liver with normal liver enzymes or fatty liver with elevated liver enzymes.
So kindly check your liver enzymes level.

Some of the causes of fatty liver are obesity, diabetes, high blood cholesterol, and alcohol intake. Treating the risk factor will resolve fatty liver.
