Congenital Hydrocele has to be excluded
Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it could be Congenital Hydrocele. In this variety, fluid from the scrotum will go into the Abdomen and the scrotum looks normal. It is due to the communication of the scrotum and Abdomen. It is diagnosed clinically in standing position only. Ultrasound should also be done in the Standing position.
If Congenital Hydrocele is excluded, then the next possibility is the collection of fluid due to infection of Testis. It gets relieved by antibiotics and anti-inflammatory tablets.
Please consult a General Surgeon/Urologist and proceed further.
Nothing to worry. As the ultrasound scan and MRI are normal, Cancer is excluded.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
Regards
