Hello

Gingivitis or gum swelling is a common oral issue. Some common causes of this issue include improper brushing technique causing plaque deposition, smoking etc. if you smoke to have to stop it. If there is visible plaque deposit then you need to get it removed by scaling from a dentist.

For now you can use a B complex capsule and a chlorhexidine mouthwash for 10 days. If this doesn’t help then consult a dentist personally.
