Thanks for uploading reports of USG,
You have what is called as Obstructive Uropathy of the Rt kidney due to stone impacted in Rt upper ueter.

In a given situation and size of the stone being 9 mm it is highly risky to travel abroad as you may get severe pain in abdomen ,if that happens in other country you may not get the appropriate treatment there if you do not have a full insurance cover .

I would suggest you to consult qualified Urologist and assess the situation and get treated here either by an endoscopic procedure of URetero Reno Scopy and fragmentation of stone.
