What Treatment Do You Recommend For The Redness, Rashes, And Pinching Sensation In The Affected Area Of The Penis?

Question: Hi doctor as you asked some question regarding to my problems,
Yes I have some redness, rashes around the area
I feel pinching as well . I used some medications as well like cool talcum powder and some medicines as well but I didn't get any relief. I attached the pics of the medicine which I used from last 1 week. Kindly check and suggest me something which gives me relax asap.

Please take the photograph of shaft of penis and upload it again .

Hello,

From the photograph that you have uploaded it seems to be fungal infection and I would advise following treatment:
1) Antifungal medicine Tab Fluconazole under guidance of a dermatologist
2) Wash your Genital with warm water without using any soap twice daily before applying ointment
3) Use Miconazole Daktarin) or Zole ointment or Daskyl ointment for local application

Wash your inner wares with hot water with Dettol. It should work for you within a week.
