Brief Answer:
It depends of the tumor size and symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank Younfor the query.

The treatment depends of the tunor size, symptoms You have and if the tumor produces hormones.

If it is larger than 10 mm and/or produces hormones or you have visual field issues surgery is the main treatment.

Otherwise it may be treated with medicines or in some cases observation is needed without any treatment.

Can You please attach the MRI scan as well as hormonal tests (if You have had any).

Regards
