Hi Sir,
1. After the surgery, from the next week it self i used to get the pain. The pain is same as before surgery.
2. Pain is defusing whole abdomen.
3. I was used aristozyme after surgery for couple of weeks, but the pain was reduced only for 4 to 5 days. No there is no medication for this pain.
Please find my scanned copy of ultrasound abdomen.
4. Yes I do have the scan copy (dated 24/07/2018) Attaching the report.
Please consider the problem as personal request from my end and do the needful.
Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
The first and common possibility is, since the gallbladder is removed dilute bile flows into the intestines which does not digest the fat in food completely. The undigested food can cause intestinal motility disturbances and pain in the abdomen. This pain will subside over time as liver itself will start producing the concentrated bile.
the second possibility is that surgery might have resulted in adhesion which can lead to such pain post surgery. This has to be treated surgically if the pain is too severe. If the pain is mild, it can fade over time.
The other rare and serious cause of such pain is leakage of bile from the surgery site. If the suturing of the cut ducts is not done properly or they haven't healed properly there can be bile leak and this can cause peritonitis and produce diffuse pain. This is serious and needs surgery.
Hope I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
