Question : I have been facing premature ejaculation for more than 2 years now, looks like the tip of penis skin is very sensitive, because when I use delay spray which contains Lidocaine & Isopropyl Alcohol I am able to last long. Wanted to check if there is any medicine or treatment to reduce the hypersensitivity on the penis skin top?

2. Married since last 4 years and have 2 year baby.
3. me and my female partner we engage in sexual activity once in a week
4. Mostly after penetration I am able to hold till few seconds ( less than 1 min )
