Brief Answer:
Ent surgeon or general surgeon

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

I would like to ask you some more details, like pain or swallowing difficulty.

I see similar cases amongst young people who visit my clinic, salivary gland problems like swelling, calculus( stones), infections, benign or cancer swellings are primarily managed by ent or general surgeons.

I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get detailed ent examination, x ray neck,if necessary ultrasound neck, sialogrphy to rule out the cause.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.

Different problem. I go to various salons for manicures. Often times the result is an unwanted infection. What might the problem be since it is not the same salon that causes problem.
