Hello,

Well, to confirm whether it's sciatica, a clinical examination by a Neurologist should be done in the first place. Along with this, a few investigations like MRI of the lumbosacral spine, CBC, Serum Vit-D3, and electrolytes needed to be checked also.

For mild pain, you can take Tab Paracetamol 650mg trice daily after food. However, if the pain is unbearable and turned out to be due to sciatica, then medications like Pregabalin/Gabapentin can be started. These are prescription based medications and you'd need to visit a doctor for them.

The pain is in the right side of the waist and it flows to the leg therefore it's difficult to sit and bend.
Kindly suggest some medicines for immediate relief.
