Question : Hello, I am a newly married 31 years old male. I have a premature ejaculation problem. Till forplay it goes good and at the time of intercourse the premature ejaculations occurs. I have tried sprays and viagra but nothing helping.

Yes the problem is since long even before marriage. But since last 4 months the the problem occurs frequently. I am taking some ayurvedic medicines for sinus. But not taking these days
