What Would A Double Marker Report Suggest When I’m 13 Weeks Pregnant?

Question: Hi ... 13 week pregnant , my dr suggested NT scan and Double market test .as my Dr Said both reports are normal .. Just want to know your view on Double marker reports which are attached

The double marker is low risk for major chromosomal anomalies like trisomy 21,18 and 13.
NT is also normal and low risk for chromosomal anomalies.
