Question : I accidentally took 70mg of Oxycodone! am I going to die? I don't want to overdose! I also have taken 60mg of Cymbalta and 1.5mg of Xanax. Please help ASAP!

Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your occurrence.

Patients who is already using or used opioid in past 70 mg dose of oxycodone is fine. If someone has never taken opioid in past even in that case it is not fatal. One just needs to go to ER for supportive management if needed in case of excessive sedation or breathing problem.

You have taken oxycodone in past so no need to worry. if you are feeling sedation, dizziness or breathing difficulty then only go to ER otherwise just take rest, you are not going to die.
