Brief Answer:
Upload x ray if you have and take painkillers.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have viewed your query and can understand your concern.

If there is a bad tooth or a decayed tooth causing nerve exposure then it can cause severe pain.

In that case there can be 2 options.

1. If tooth can be saved then Root canal treatment has to be done.

2. If there is gross decay, then extraction is the only option.

If you have your x ray of the tooth please upload it here so that I can advise you better.

Also please let me know if you have any medical problems or are on any medication?

Any known allergies?

For now to reduce pain you can take painkillers like Ketorolac or Tramadol as the pain is severe.

Antibiotics will not reduce pain instantly so painkiller is a must.

Please write back for more queries.

Regards.
