Hello,

I presume you meant 2 tablets of Aleve.
Aleve is Naproxen, a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug ( NSAID)
NSAIDs are meant to be taken for less than 10 days at a stretch. Taking Aleve on a long term basis can produce several problems like
1. Inflammation of the GI track leading to gastritis or ulceration
2. Salt and water retention leading to elevation of blood pressure
3. Inflammation of the liver or drug induced hepatitis
4. Kidney damage.
There can be other less serious problems also.
