Brief Answer:
Androgenetic alopecia

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image.
You seem to have androgenetic alopecia. It is not due to Thyroid. I suggest you to use minoxidil 5 % solution, 1ml, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral finasteride 1mg tab once a day.

Regarding androgenetic alopecia

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Mintop forte 5% solution is easily available from drug stores. Tab. Finax 1mg is finasteride. These are prescription medications and I advice you to talk to your local practitioner for a prescription.
Yes Dermaroller would be an added advantage as it would stimulating hair follicle stem cells.

Brief Answer:
Regarding androgenetic alopecia

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Yes you may use androanagen tablet if you are skeptical about oral finasteride. Androanagen tablet contains Saw Palmetto extract which also serves to inhibit 5 alpha reductase enzyme, the same enzyme that catalyzes conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) - the main culprit in androgenetic alopecia. Some studies claim that saw palmetto extract is devoid of sexual side effects unlike finasteride. You may take tab. Androanagen (saw palmetto extract 100mg).

Hi

Androanagen tab contains Saw Palmetto extract as the main active ingredient as compare to follihair tab which is mainly a nutritional supplement. Yes you may take both together with minoxidil 5%solution. Mintop forte solution, Regaine solution, Hair 4U 5% solution are few good minoxidil brands.
