Brief Answer:
Possible obstructive urinary pathology

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your attached query in detail.

As per your symptoms, the possibility of obstructive urinary tract pathology is very high.

Considering your age, the possibility of prostate disease (benign prostate hypertrophy) should be suspected.

However kidney stones can also cause similar symptoms and thus to be ruled out as well.

Therefore I advise you to get an ultrasound abdomen( pre and post void) scan at the earliest to discriminate the pathology and to initiate appropriate treatment.

Further specific management if any is largely based on test reports.

Meanwhile a short course of oral antibiotics and analgesics can considered to improve your symptoms and prevent Infection.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
