Question : hello doctor, My wife is 30years old. She gets a bad left side chest pain and that pain gradually spreads backside shoulder and also upto left neck(below ear). This second time she is getting such a sever pain. please advice.

It would have been better if you had mentioned the duration of symptoms. Assuming her symptoms started acutely, it needs attention. The symptoms may be related to angina or coronary artery disease. She needs ECG. If that is normal, a thread mill / stress ECG will be necessary. Further management is based on results of the test. Please consult a doctor at the earliest.

thank you doctor however she experiences the pain for an hour during that she would apply iodex, amruthajan. she also complaints when the pain starts she feels left side chest to be heavy and also the chain she wears also heavy.
