I read your query and here is my advice.

The main causes of sagging low scrotum is varicocele.
It is an enlarged scrotal vein of the scrotum just other varicose veins found in legs.
You may need to go to your urologist for physical examination to see the conditions of your scrotum.
Also an ultrasound scrotal region may be done.
In most of the cases it is left untreated due to low risk of complications or symptoms.

Hello Doctor, thank you for the information I imagine it would be wise to make an appointment with A urologist. However I hope they do have some type of treatment for it, I would not like to think I have to spend the rest of my life with a larger than bowling ball scrotum that’s continuing to increase in size.

Most probably it is varicocele and urologist may treat it only surgically.
